To ensure proper billing, it is necessary for us to obtain meter readings from the copier(s) listed above. Be advised that your meters will be estimated if this form is not responded to by 5 PM on the day of the third request. If you are having problems obtaining the meter from a machine please call for assistance.
Need help finding the meter readings on your machine? Here are the instructions to help you out…
**MX3501N & MX4501N: Press “SYSTEM SETTINGS”, then “TOTAL COUNT”, then “PRINT”, then “OK”, then “DEVICE COUNT”, then “PRINT”, then “OK”, then “EXIT”. Be sure to fax in both pages.
**AR-250, AR-277, AR-280, AR-285, AR-286, AR-287, AR-335, AR-336, AR-337, AR-405, AR-407, AR-505, AR-507, AR-C150, AR-C160, AR-C250, AR-C270, AR-M208, AR-M237, AR-M280, AR-M350, AR-M355, AR-M450, AR-M455, AR-M550, AR-M620 & AR-M700, AR-BC260 & AR-BC320: Press “CUSTOM SETTINGS”, then press “TOTAL COUNT”. This will display all of the meter counts for the copier. Just press the option to “PRINT” and exit out by pressing “CA”.
** NOTE: If your copier asks for a key operator code, use the default code of five 0s.
**AR-P350 & AR-P450: Press “MENU” repeatedly until you reach CUSTOM SETTINGS and press “OK”. Use your scroll key until you reach TOTAL COUNT and press “OK”. Your meter counts will be displayed. Press the option to “PRINT” and press “MENU” to return to the main screen
** For the AR-650, AR-651, AR-800, & AR-810: There is a mechanical read on the upper left hand corner of your operator panel (just to the left of the blue help button).
** For the AR-150, AR-151, AR-155 & AR-157E: Hold down the button on the right side of the panel that has a red “C” on it. After 5 seconds two sets of three digits will flash on the screen. These numbers are your meter reading.
** For the AR-160, AR-161, AR-162, AR-163, AR-200, AR-205, AR-207, AR-F152, AR-168S, AR-168D &: Push and hold down the “O” key on your quantity selector. Six numbers will appear on the display screen (two at a time). Write them down in the order that they appear. That is your meter reading.
** For the SF-2022, SF-2027, SF-2030, SF-2035, SF-2040, SF-2540, SF-2050, SF-2052, SD-2060, SD-2260, SD-2275, SD-3062, SD-4085, AR-5125 & AR-5132: Push down and hold the button that has the arrow on it (scroll key). This button is located directly outside the upper right corner of the blue or gray screen (depending on the copier model). While holding the button down, you will see numbers flash on your screen. Please record these numbers in the order that they appear. This is your meter reading.
** For all Fax Machines: Push the “LIFE” button then press “1” to get your meter readings. Press “STOP” to go back to main menu. |
